yup, it's the BAG people :) even though the blue one on my arm doesn't belong to me.
As one of the pilots behind me commented, our crew carry it as though the airline supplies each one of us with one of these bags.
In Singapore, when I see a girl with a Longchamp bag, I'd do a double-take. First her toe nails, then her face. It's not that hard to pick out a cabin crew from the crowd.
I forgot to pack a handbag for that trip (Dubai-Istanbul) so another crew lent me hers. It's her emergency item which she never removes from her luggage.
The bag folds neatly into a tiny square, lending its appeal to cabin crew and other travellers who are always short of luggage space (and weight). It's nylon material makes the bag virtually weightless.
Maybe it's not such a bad idea to always have one in the luggage.
