Is there something we don't know

I'm an avid reader of PostSecrets. I LOVE it. I've been following it since its early days and it's still as great as ever.

This particular postcard is the strangest I've ever seen. I must say I believed it for a moment, then Wikipedia-ed Bill Clinton and now I think the sender is hallucinating.
I don't like to think of PS senders that way. I've always thought of them as being very real with the secrets and have nothing to hide sending postcards in anonymously.
Is there a scandal brewing... again?
